Anuj Dhir is the Sales Controller – C&I Lighting and Furniture Business, Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting Group.

Anuj has handled diverse roles and functions in his career at Wipro spanning 16 years.  Anuj did his Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh and subsequently his MBA.

Anuj started his career in ‘Lighting Design’ before moving to Sales, where he headed the North Region based at Delhi. Anuj forged strong partnerships with many Corporates, Architects and Electrical Consultants during this stint.

In 2004, Anuj was appointed as the Marketing Head of Wipro Lighting’s C&I Business. In his new role, Anuj was critical in driving thrust on ‘Landscape Lighting’ and this helped Wipro Lighting emerge as the most innovative company, exhibiting expertise in indoor as well as outdoor lighting. Anuj was also responsible for guiding Wipro Lighting to become the ‘Leaders in Indoor Lighting’.

In 2006, Anuj moved to ‘Wipro Furniture Business’ as Head of Sales. During his tenure, Wipro Furniture accomplished several milestones in Growth and became the ‘Fastest Growing Furniture Company’ in India. Anuj helped Wipro Furniture increase its reach across the country by hiring and training a fine team of Professionals. He is passionate about forging long lasting customer relationships and drives this personally through high amount of travel across the country. Anuj has a good understanding of customer requirements and led his team to establish “I’M – India’s first leg and beam based system” as a differentiated product in the market.  

Anuj has attended numerous programmes like the “Senior Management Programme” at IIM Ahmedabad. Anuj is known for his immense understanding of the dynamics of Lighting and Furniture businesses, as well as his strong customer focus in building long lasting relationships.
